The Relationship between Teachers' Perceptions of Organizational Justice and Authentic Leadership and Their Levels of Organizational Happiness

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between teachers' perceptions organizational justice and authentic leadership their happiness levels. research was carried out in survey model. population consists teachers working public schools Elazig province center 2019-2020 academic year. sample determined by quota sampling method, analyzing data obtained from 436 serving at various grades. Within scope research, were collected with Organizational Justice Scale (OJS), Authentic Leadership (ALS), Happiness (OHS) personal information form prepared researcher. analyzed reliability, percentage, frequencies, t-test, Pearson Correlation Analysis Multiple Regression Analysis. According findings study, it observed that justice, scores did not differ significantly according gender marital status. results correlation analysis, there are positive significant relationships participants Finally, because multiple regression participants' (relational transparency sub-dimension) predicted levels, these two variables explained approximately 18% change happiness. results, can be said behaviors play a role
